Rota (Chamorro: Luta) also known as the peaceful island, is the southernmost island of the United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) and the second southernmost of the Marianas Archipelago. It lies approximately 40 miles north-northeast of the United States territory of Guam.
I have lived on Rota for all my life. It is a beautiful, peaceful, and friendly island. There are many beautiful sights to see, and I will share a few with you.
The Wedding Cake Mountain:
Latte Stone Quarry:
Pona Point (Cliff):
Sabana Peace Memorial Park:
These places are even more beautiful in person, but I hope you enjoy the pictures! 🙂
